Regulations of the newsletter service, i.e. PROVISION OF CONTENT AND DIGITAL SERVICE Effective from…….

1. The "Newsletter" service is provided by Glamoursy Katarzyna Kapusta Paziewska on the terms set out in these Regulations. Before agreeing to use the "Newsletter" service, please read these Regulations carefully.

2. Definitions:

  • digital content - data generated and delivered in digital form;
  • digital service - a service that allows the consumer to produce, process and storage or access to data in digital form, or a service allowing sharing of digital data that has been uploaded or created by the consumer or other users of this service, or other forms of interaction with such data;
  • price - the money or digital representation of the value due in exchange for the delivery of the Digital Content or Digital Service;
  • regulations - these regulations

3. To use the service, the following is required:

  • email access,
  • active email address,
  • keyboard or other device enabling the correct completion of electronic forms,
  • access to a current web browser: Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Opera, Google Chrome, Safari. a device with Internet access, any web browser and an active one;
  • properly configured e-mail.

4. The Newsletter is a free service which informs users about promotions, competitions, events, news and collections of Glamoursy Katarzyna Kapusta Paziewska by periodically sending selected content by e-mail in the form of an e-mail.

5. The "Newsletter" service is provided only to registered persons. To register, you need to:

  • Fill in the registration form on paper available in Glamoursy stores Katarzyna Kapusta Paziewska or fill in the registration form available on the website glamoursy.pl

6. In order to register, do the following:

  • Fill in the form correctly;
  • In the field named "Enter your e-mail address- mail” enter the e-mail address to which the contents of subsequent editions of the Newsletter are to be sent. The e-mail address entered must belong to or be at the disposal of the registrant. It is not allowed to use e-mail addresses that do not belong to the persons making the registration.
  • Give separate consent to the sending of commercial information by electronic means.
  • The user may also voluntarily consent to the processing of the given data for marketing purposes by Glamoursy Katarzyna Kapusta Paziewska
  • Click on the "Save" button (when registering via the website). After this action, information will be sent to the e-mail address entered in the registration process, containing a link to the process verifying the request to add the mailbox to the distribution list of the "Newsletter" service.
  • Click on the link sent to the e-mail address provided to the process verifying the request to add a mailbox to the distribution list of the "Newsletter" service. This action confirms the will to add the holder of the registered e-mail address to the distribution list of the "Newsletter" service. 7. The user who has subscribed to the Glamoursy Katarzyna Kapusta Paziewska newsletter will receive a 5% discount, which cannot be combined with other discounts. The discount is one-time and indefinitely valid.

8. Glamoursy Katarzyna Kapusta Paziewska processes the collected personal data. The User's personal data is processed

  • for marketing purposes on the basis of the User's consent, including consent to send information by telephone or by e-mail (legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation). The User has the right not to provide his personal data, but in such a situation the User will not be able to receive any commercial information.
  • In accordance with applicable law, the User's personal data may be transferred to entities processing it on our behalf, i.e. companies providing services IT, business partners.
  • Customers' personal data may be made available to entities authorized to request them under the law, including in particular judicial authorities justice or supervisory authority in the field of personal data protection
  • Customers' personal data are not transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to international organizations.
  • Personal data The User's personal data will be stored for the duration of the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes and to receive commercial information by electronic means.

9. In connection with the processing of personal data, each User has the right to:

  • request from the Company access to personal data,
  • request from the Company rectification of personal data,
  • request from the Company to delete personal data,
  • request from the Company to limit the processing of personal data,

10. The user has the right to unsubscribe from the "Newsletter" service at any time. You can unsubscribe by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each email sent.

11. Removal of the User's e-mail account and personal data from the Newsletter address database takes place immediately and is signaled by a message confirming the operation. Glamoursy Katarzyna Kapusta Paziewska via the Newsletter of advertisements and commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services to the User's e-mail account.

14. In connection with the processing of personal data, the Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

15. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against their accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

16. Personal data is processed electronically, in accordance with the methods and procedures related to the purposes of processing referred to above.

17. Your personal data provided when subscribing to the newsletter may be transferred to the following entities: a website providing IT system maintenance and hosting services, an e-mail service provider, a newsletter service provider.

18. Complaints regarding the service should be sent via e-mail to the following address: [email protected] The complaint should include a detailed description of the problem. Responses to complaints will be provided within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, by e-mail to the address from which the complaint was received.

19. Glamoursy Katarzyna Kapusta Paziewska reserves the right to change the Regulations. We will inform Users about the content of changes to the Regulations by posting on the Glamoursy.pl website a message about the change to the Regulations, containing a list of changes to the Regulations and maintaining this information on the glamoursy.pl website for a period of at least 14 consecutive calendar days.

20. The User will be additionally notified about the change in the Regulations by sending, via the Newsletter, information containing a list of changes to the Regulations. Information about the change in the Regulations will be made no later than 14 calendar days before the introduction of the amended Regulations.

21. Amendments to the Regulations come into force on the date provided together with the information about its change, but not earlier than after 14 calendar days from the moment of informing about the changes. of the Regulations, with the proviso that the amended Regulations will be binding on the User, provided that e within 14 days from the date of receiving information about its change, he will not declare his resignation from the Newsletter service in the event of non-acceptance of the new content of the Regulations.

22. These Regulations are available free of charge at the address in a form that allows you to obtain, reproduce and record the content of these Regulations using the ICT system used by the User. The content of the contract regarding the "Newsletter" service is recorded, secured and made available by sending the Customer to the e-mail address provided as part of the registration of the content of the concluded contract.
