The issuer of Gift Vouchers is Katarzyna Kapusta-Paziewska, running a business under the name of Glamoursy Katarzyna Kapusta-Paziewska, ul. Prymasa Augusta Hlonda 10 H/174, 02-972 Warsaw, NIP: 7981436107. For the purposes of interpreting the Regulations, the following provisions mean:
GLAMOURSY gift voucher - is an electronic or tangible voucher issued to the bearer, entitling the User to redeem it in the online store www. glamoursy.pl by purchasing goods and services offered by the shop www.glamoursy.pl in exchange for its equivalent. The gift voucher contains an amount expressed in PLN (PLN 150, PLN 200, PLN 299, PLN 399, PLN 500)

GLAMOURSY gift voucher can only be used in the online store www.glamoursy.pl
GLAMOURSY Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash (cash) in whole or in part and cannot be returned.
The Issuer is not responsible for GLAMOURSY Gift Vouchers which have been lost or damaged after they have been delivered to the Buyer.
The Buyer and the User are not entitled to any claims against the Issuer for loss (including theft) or destruction of the Voucher gift card GLAMOURSY
The Gift Voucher is issued in denominations (PLN): PLN 150, PLN 200, PLN 299, PLN 399, PLN 500.
The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Activation of the Gift Voucher takes place when the payment is credited to the Publisher's account or within a maximum of 2 working days from the moment of the final completion of the order in the online store www.glamoursy.pl, provided that the appropriate payment is made.
The offer includes GLAMOURSY gift vouchers in the following forms:
Purchase of GLAMOURSY Gift Vouchers is at face value.
Purchase of GLAMOURSY Gift Vouchers is not subject to any discounts or rebates, nor is it subject to general promotions or discounts obtained from occasional discount codes.
Gift voucher can be exchanged for any goods offered by the store www.glamoursy.pl
Gift voucher is a full-fledged form of payment.</ p>
In order to redeem a Gift Voucher in the online store www.glamoursy.pl, a one-time, unique code must be provided during the execution of the order, which is given to the Buyer as part of the GLAMOURSY Gift Voucher.</ p>
A GLAMOURSY Gift Voucher cannot be used to pay for another Gift Voucher.
When redeeming a GLAMOURSY Gift Voucher, the User there is no right to receive change in cash when the value of the goods received is lower than the nominal value of the Gift Voucher.
The Gift Voucher is for one-time use. The rest of the money remaining after redeeming the Voucher is non-refundable and can be redeemed again.
The User is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, payment or credit card when the value of the received of the goods or services provided is higher than the current nominal value of the gift voucher.
The Buyer or the User can use the GLAMO Gift Voucher URSY only once.
The Publisher has the right to refuse to redeem the GLAMOURSY Gift Voucher in the following cases:
At the time the Gift Voucher is issued, the Buyer receives from the Publisher:
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the GLAMOURSY Gift Voucher within 14 days from the date of its receipt, provided that the GLAMOURSY Gift Voucher has not been used and the funds contained in the Voucher have not been spent in whole or in part before the expiry of the above-mentioned 14-day period. If the funds have been used even partially, the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the GLAMOURSY Gift Voucher in any other form is not entitled.
In the case of returning the GLAMOURSY Gift Voucher, which has been issued:
In the case of returning goods purchased in the online store www.glamoursy.pl using a GLAMOURSY Gift Voucher The Buyer or User receives a refund of the equivalent of the returned product to the balance of the account from which the order was placed using the GLAMOURSY Gift Voucher.
Due to the fact that in the case of the Digital Card the subject of the agreement is the digital content referred to in art. 2 point 5 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287, as amended), the commencement of performance of the contract before the expiry of the statutory fourteen-day period to withdraw from the contract must be preceded by the consent of the Buyer. If the Buyer grants consent to start performing the Gift Voucher agreement (i.e. providing a numeric code) before the expiry of the statutory fourteen-day period to withdraw from the agreement, the Buyer will lose the right to withdraw from the agreement referred to in art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287, as amended), which is in accordance with the regulation of art. 38 point 13 of the abovementioned of the Act.
If a Gift Voucher is purchased in-store, it is non-refundable.
After receiving the GLAMOURSY Gift Voucher, the Buyer/User declares that he/she has read the content of these Regulations, accepts its content in its entirety and undertakes to comply with its provisions.
The GLAMOURSY gift voucher is not a sale subject to value added tax (VAT) within the meaning of applicable tax law.
The GLAMOURSY gift voucher is not an official means of payment within the meaning of applicable law. The GLAMOURSY gift voucher is an electronic form of a gift voucher.
Provisions regarding bearer ID cards shall apply to all matters not covered by these Regulations.
The content of these Regulations is available on the website at www.glamoursy.pl. The Publisher is obliged to provide the Buyer/User with the Regulations in writing upon each request.
The Publisher reserves the right to amend the Regulations for important reasons. All changes are effective from the date of their introduction by the Publisher, after making the amended Regulations available for viewing on the website www.glamoursy.pl
The owner of all material copyrights to the template of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is the Contractor of the work who has granted this shop the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use these Terms of Sale for purposes related to its own commercial activity online. Copying and dissemination of the template of these Regulations of Sale without the consent of the Contractor of the work is prohibited and may be subject to both criminal and civil liability.
